Yes to All is an edition of eight 24-karat gold-plated New York City garbage cans, by Swiss artist Sylvie Fleury. The work realized Fleury's long-standing desire to utilize iconic forms of New York's urban landscape. Each of the eight used steel receptacles is unique, and all were plated with successive layers of nickel, brass and 24-karat gold.

About the Artist
Sylvie Fleury (b. 1961, Geneva) had her first exhibition in 1990 and has been a significant figure on the international art scene ever since. With important exhibitions at Postmasters Gallery in New York in 1992 and the São Paulo Biennial and the Migros Museum in Zurich in 1998, Fleury’s work has been seen throughout the world in solo and group shows.
